What Does Esuna Energy Healing Mean?
You might be wondering, “What is Esuna energy healing?” Many people have heard of Reiki energy healing, but Esuna energy healing is a new term. Yottamind came up with the term Esuna energy healing from the fictional word Esuna in a video game called, “Final Fantasy.”
In the video game series, Esuna is a magical term used to bring white, healing, cleansing magic to a character with also dispelling any negative effects the character may be experiencing. This seemed to be the perfect term for the type of energy healing our practitioner, Amy, uses.
What is Esuna Energy Healing?
What is Esuna energy healing exactly? It is a form of energy healing that cleanses your energetic body and removes blockages that may be hindering the flow of energy.
Our practitioner discusses with the client before hand if there are any discomforts within the body, stress, or emotions that the client has been holding onto. From there, the client will lay on the massage table. With calming music, aromatherapy, and dimmed lighting, the practitioner will measure the chakras and evaluate the clients energy.
Once the practitioner has evaluated the clients energy and the seven main chakras, she will begin cleansing and healing the clients energy. There is very little touching during an Esuna energy healing session. Because the body’s energy flows out of the body several inches, the practitioner is able to use energy emanating from her hands to cleanse and realign the clients energy.
Why is Esuna Energy Healing important?
When we are going about our normal daily activities, we come across many different people and their energies. As we interact with other people, their energy, emotions, feelings, and thoughts can stick with us and our personal energy. After time, those energies from other people begin to build up on our own energy.
