The Spiritual 18-Day Cycle
According to the Law of One, there is something in our human experience we call life known as the eighteen-day cycle, or “Spiritual Cycle” as Yottamind has chosen to call it.
The Spiritual Cycle is quite simply an 18-day rhythm that repeats over and over throughout life starting upon your birth as day number one. There are other biorhythms as well, but we’ll be focusing on the Spiritual Cycle in this post.
This cycle makes its way through a sine wave, as the Law of One describes in Session 64 on July 26, 1981.
The spiritual or adept’s cycle is an eighteen-day cycle and operates with the qualities of the sine wave. Thus there are a few excellent days on the positive side of the curve, that being the first nine days of the cycle — precisely the fourth, the fifth, and the sixth — when workings are most appropriately undertaken, given that the entity is still without total conscious control of its mind/body/spirit distortion/reality.
The most interesting portion of this information, like that of each cycle, is the noting of the critical point wherein passing from the ninth to the tenth and from the eighteenth to the first days the adept will experience some difficulty especially when there is a transition occurring in another cycle at the same time. At the nadir of each cycle the adept will be at its least powerful but will not be open to difficulties in nearly the degree that it experiences at critical times.

Reading the 18-Day Cycle Chart
Ever wonder why people say they are on “high” or feeling “up”? Or perhaps why people say “I’m feeling down,” or “It’s just a down day.” Perhaps those types of phrases stem from these biorhythms that humans experience throughout life. Looking at the chart of the sine wave above, that certainly makes a lot of sense.
Positive Side of the 18-Day Cycle
The Law of One mentions some “excellent days” on the positive side of the curve, which are days 4, 5, and 6, with 5 as the pinnacle of the positive crest. Yottamind interprets these “high” days to be days of greater connection to the energetic or spiritual realm, thus heightening some of the innate abilities that each of us have.
For example, those that have the gift of great intuition may experience heightened intuition during the positive side of the sine wave. Another example would be people with an innate creativity may experience heightened abilities to create, write, or imagine new thoughts.
Conversely, empaths may be ultra sensitive during the 4, 5, and 6 days, which although their power may be heightened and increased, for some that may actually be a detriment and reduce their abilities to function in society or with groups of people.
Negative Side of the 18-Day Cycle
On the negative or lower side of the sine wave, our innate abilities become weakened, or softened perhaps. Our connections to the spiritual, energetic realms are lessoned while our innate abilities are perhaps weakened. Intuitive people may be less capable to tap into their intuition. Creatives may experience writer’s block. Empaths may not feel as much.
Again, conversely, people with an hyper-ability may actually come back to normal levels during their low period of the Spiritual Cycle. People with hypersensitivity may actually be more mellow and keen to work with during their low days.
Critical Days of the 18-Day Cycle
Lastly, the Law of One describes a few “critical” days. These days are when we transition from the high side of the sine wave to the low side of the sine wave, and back up to the high side. Any time we cross that horizontal line in our Spiritual Cycle, we seem to have some difficulty on average.
People handle these transitions quite differently. People that love chaos can thrive during these periods. Others that like stability and consistency will often experience more stress during these times.
